Ridgeland Competition Highlights

  • 45 total participants
  • 11 high schools represented: Career Development Center – Jackson, MS, Lanier High School, Murrah High School, Forest Hill High School, Jim Hill High School, Provine High School,  Florence High School, Forest-Scott County Career and Technology Center, Pearl High School, Pine High School, and Pisgah High School
  • $31,000 total awarded in DTC scholarships

Top 3

  1. First Place: Bobby McDaniel of Pisgah High School; awarded a $5,000 scholarship. Pisgah High School will also receive a $1,000 donation from DTC.
  2. Second Place: Eli Bradshaw of Forest-Scott County Career & Technology Center; awarded a $2,500 scholarship.
  3. Third Place: William Spence of Forest- Scott County Career & Technology Center; awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

  2. Second Place: Mark Allen-Myers of Desoto County Career Technology Center West; awarded a $2,500 scholarship.
  3. Third Place: Christopher Galindo of Millington High School; awarded a $1,000 scholarship.

2026 Competition Dates to Be Announced

Everyone who competes receives a $500 scholarship to attend DTC.

Competition is open to all high school seniors across the Memphis and Jackson areas.
