Tuition and Cost

Delta Technical College Tuition & Program Costs

A trade school education can offer a quicker path to becoming career-ready than a traditional four-year college or two-year community college. According to a 2019 report, the majority of students in the U.S. pay between $6,000 and $15,000* in tuition per year for both public and private schools.

Most of DTC’s programs and courses can be completed in less than a year*, giving students the opportunity to enter the workforce sooner. Unlike a traditional community college, DTC does not require any general education courses. In contrast, a program at a community or state college typically takes between 2-4 years to complete, meaning students would on average pay between $6,000 and $15,000* per year at a community or state college.
