Transcript Request

Transcript requests can only be submitted in writing and must contain the signature of the student. You may print the Transcript Request Form provided here and send the form to the Office of the Registrar.

Transcripts are processed in the order they are received. Transcripts are usually mailed within 5-7 working days from the receipt of your transcript request. We make every effort to meet specified deadlines. Please submit your transcript requests a minimum of two weeks prior to the date needed to allow for processing and mailing.

There may be a delay if there are outstanding academic documents needed to complete your records. Should this happen you will be contacted at that time.

Please select the appropriate Transcript Request Form for the Delta Tech Campus you attended. These forms require that you have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer. Once you have installed the Reader close the Reader page on your browser to return to this page. Fill out the form and Mail or Fax it to us using the address provided on the top of the Transcript Request Form for your selected campus. To expedite your request, please make sure the information is complete and correct.
